Old Mill cafe, located in Plain, will serve you up a country breakfast, then you can begin your day with many activites to chose from. New Nordic trail system in Plain!

Plain Hardware has started grooming cross country ski trails in the Plain Valley, directly across the road from Plain Hardware and the Old Mill Cafe. Classic (diagonal stride) and skate lanes will be groomed seven days a week.
Visitors to the area can choose either skate skiing or clasic. The full loop is currently 8 K’s long, and they will be adding more trails to the system in the near future (more hills!). Complete trail and weather information can be found at www.skiplain.com

Not only can you choose to ski right here in Plain, but there are miles of more groomed trails available around Lake Wenatchee and throughout the Chiwawa loop. Thank you Plain Hardware for your efforts in bringing this wonderful new activity to our valley!

Summer Sun & Fun has arrived in Plain!

Snow may still dot the mountain ranges, but down in the valley, spring is in full swing! June weather has arrived bringing warmer weather and oppurtunity for travelers and guests to start enjoying this beautiful area. Wildflowers are abundent, meadows await and for those tubing activist, the white water is ready!

The Plain Farmers Market will begin offering its local fruits and vegetables begining every Saturday June 18th. With Leavenworth just 14 miles from the Lodge, visitors can attend the various events and activities offered in the area.

The Leavenworth International Accordion Celebration is set for June 16th thru the 19th.
The Summer Symphony offering an intensive orchestral experience for musicans of all levels is being held at the Icicle Creek Music Center campus June 19th thru the 25th.
Guests can discover the wonders of Washington's Pacific Crest trails with local author Adrienne Schaefer June 25th at the Grunewald Guild Library here in Plain.

Wenatchee Valley Home and Garden Show!!!

Beaver Valley Lodging attended the 35th annual Home and Garden show held at the Town Toyota Center in Wenatchee where an estimated 15,ooo visitors were expected at the 3 day show.

Staff was able to provide detailed information about the lodging choices and options available to guests. From single rooms to complete homes, Beaver Valley Lodging offers something for everyone. Family gatherings or reuions, retreats, company events, group meetings, or perfect for the weekend escape.

Also offered at Beaver Valley Lodging booth, was the original "Hang-em-All". The only tool that stores them all, the long, the short and the tall. The Hang-em-all is manufactured on site in Plain. Made in the USA!!

Beaver Valley Lodging is under full sun! Visitors are enjoying floating the rivers, lounging in the sun, and the beautiful full flavor Bing cherries that have just been harvested. We have our Saturday Farmers Market here in Plain where visitors can buy fresh farmed vegetables and available fruits to line their dinner tables. Summer events are in full swing in the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, just 20 minutes away. From Bumper boats, crafts and shows daily, there is not enough time to do it all!!

Grand Opening Old Mill Cafe May 6 2010

Beaver Valley Lodging would like to announce the grand opening of the Old Mill Cafe. Within walking distance of the lodge, you'll find yourself stepping back in time as soon as you enter the cafe. History of the pioneers that settled the Plain area has been tediously displayed in the wall paper inside the cafe. Choose from breakfast or lunch and enjoy your new dining option in town!!
