!! We're doing the KPQ Home & Garden Show again!!

We will again be participating in the 39th annual KPQ Home & Garden Show, so save the date!  There will be about 150 exhibits with a little something for everyone.  The three day event is a great opportunity for locals and non locals alike to discover our quite country lodge. Bring the family and join us for fun and exciting attractions throughout the three-day event; March 13th - 15th! Looking forward to seeing you all there!     

In commemoration of the lone pine that survived from a forest of 70,000 that were destroyed in the 2011 tsunami in Japan, the Ohme Gardens Miracle Pine was made and erected by Watson Architectural Iron. 

Winter wonderland

Snow, beautiful snow! We've been watching the snow flakes fall all week, cooler tempuratures have helped to create this beautiful winter wonderland! Snow enthusiast's can enjoy a variety of activites including snow shoeing, cross country skiing, skate skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice fishing and sledding, all available right here in Plain! Old Mill cafe, located in Plain, will serve you up a country breakfast, then you can begin your day with many activites to chose from. Beaver Valley Lodging, centrally located in the Lake Wenatchee district, but close to all Leavenworth activities, offers a variety of lodging for you and your family. New Nordic trail system in Plain!

Plain Hardware has started grooming cross country ski trails in the Plain Valley, directly across the road from Plain Hardware and the Old Mill Cafe. Classic (diagonal stride) and skate lanes will be groomed seven days a week.
Visitors to the area can choose either skate skiing or clasic. The full loop is currently 8 K’s long, and they will be adding more trails to the system in the near future (more hills!). Complete trail and weather information can be found at www.skiplain.com
